In this section, we prepared a list of common questions and answers to help you get started with our platform.
👤 Account Creation
In this section, we'll walk you through the simple steps to create an account on our site. Whether you're exploring our platform for the first time or getting started with our services, setting up your account is quick and easy.
Press the blue 'Sign Up For Free' button in the top right corner of the page. Or if your view is in mobile mode, press the 'User icon' in the top right corner of the page and select the 'Sign Up For Free' button.
Afterward, a sign up widget will pop on the screen and you will be prompted to enter the following:
Your Email Address
Your new Password
Accept our Terms and Privacy Policy
To continue with the sign up process you must verify your email address. A verification email will be sent to the email address you provided. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account. For more how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy page.
In this section, we'll guide you through how to log in to your account and manage your account details. You'll learn how to update your information, adjust settings, and keep your profile up to date for a smoother experience on our platform.
To log in to your account, click the white "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the page. Or if your view is in mobile mode, press the 'User icon' in the top right corner of the page and select the 'Sign In' button.
Afterward, a sign in widget will pop on the screen and you will be prompted to enter your login credentials.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking the "Forgot Password" link in the sign in widget. You will be prompted to enter your email address and a reset link will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

To manage your account settings, click your "User icon" button in the top right corner of the page (It is the same in mobile view). Now once a drop-down menu appears, you will have the option to select "Account Management" or "Sign out".
To sign out of your account, click the "Sign out" option in the drop-down menu. You'll be successfully signed out from all active pages and sessions.
To update your account email, click the "Account Management" option in the drop-down menu. An account management widget will pop on the screen, select the "Profile Tab" and under the "Email Address" field, you can update or add a new email address.
To update your account password, click the "Account Management" option in the drop-down menu. An account management widget will pop on the screen, select the "Security Tab" and under the "Password" field select "Update Password", you can now update or add a new password.
To delete your account, click the "Account Management" option in the drop-down menu. An account management widget will pop on the screen, select the "Security Tab" and under the "Delete account" field select "Delete account".
Please note that when deleting your account this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
The "Menu" button with a square icon is located at the top right corner of the page. It contains links to different sections of the web app including to:

In this section, we'll guide you through how to search for tenders on our platform. You'll learn how to use the search bar, filter options, and navigate through the search results to find the tenders that interest you. To access the tender search, navigate to the Tender Search Page.
You can enter keywords or phrases in the search bar to find the tenders that interest you. Results will display below the search bar.
You can also filter results by pressing the "filter icon" (located on the left of the "search" button) which will open a drop-down menu with different filter options. Basic filters allow you to search by dates, industries and regions.
You can view the preview of specific tender details by clicking one of the results in the list. The tender preview will give the options to:
View Original Source, which will redirect you to the original source of the tender
Add to Calendar, which will add the tender to your calendar
Copy Link, which will copy the link to the tender to your clipboard
The tender preview will also show the tender details in the following sections:
Header, contains the tender title, solicitation number, important dates, and more
Smart Summary, provides a generated summary based of the tender's description or documents we found
Documents Found, contains links to any available documents we retrieved
Description Transcript, provides a detailed description of the tender which was found on the original source
Logged out users may preview limited tender listings for general awareness. Access to search, source links, document links, and platform features requires signing in with an account.
